  • We will only contact parents/carers in the ways they wish

This information enables Mini Lingos to gather feedback about the classes, communicate with parents/carers about interesting and/or relevant articles and plans for which they may find of interest and at times, to thank parents/carers for their support and interest for Mini Lingos classes.

3.0 What we do to keep your information safe and who has access to it

4.0 How we use your personal data – matters which require your consent

4.1 At times, we may like to use the personal data you provide to us for a variety of different purposes. For certain of these purposes it is a requirement for us to obtain prior consent from the parent/carer. These are as follows:

(a) where we would like to use testimonials and statistics about our classes on our website and other social media sites

(c) where we have exciting new products/services/activities which we think will be of interest to you.

We will of course always obtain prior consent to use your details in any of the above.

5.0 Withdrawing your consent

5.1 You may at any time withdraw the specific consent you give to our processing your personal data for those purposes set out in section 4.1 above. If any parent/carer has any issues in connection with this process then please do not hesitate to contact us using the details set out above.

8.0 How long we will hold your personal data for

8.1 We will only hold your personal data for so long as is necessary for us to do so, however because this depends in each case on how each of our customers interact with us, we keep the length of time that we hold your personal data for under continual review. To do this we regularly review the personal data we hold and which of our customers are still attending Mini Lingos classes. Where we no longer need to process your personal data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice then we will delete your personal data from our system.
